All our fillings are homemade following traditional Mexican recipes:

Tinga de Pollo - Chicken prepared with chili chipotle, onion, and tomato
Birria - Slow-cooked beef in marinade
Pastor - Marinated pork
Veggie 🌱 - Oven-baked portobello mushrooms and bell peppers brushed with chili chipotle marinade and served with beans
Picadillo - Minced beef in sauce with beans – like chili con carne

We offer 3 different salsas as a side
Our filling is not very spicy by default, but full of flavor
If you want more heat, adjust with salsa
